We're Aaron and Lauren Mijatovic. Aaron leads infrastructure teams across WA and is completing his MBA. Lauren is a chemical engineer who went and got her WA Real Estate Licence.
When we bought our first home, we had no idea what was going on. The agent would tell us to add $10K one day, then $5K the next. When we sold years later, we realised that with the right tools and information, capable people can handle most of it themselves. They just need professional support for the bits that require licensing.
So we built KeyHive. Self-funded, based in Perth, focused on WA.
These principles guide how we build and operate.
All fees are listed upfront. The pricing page shows exactly what you pay. If something goes wrong, we tell you straight away. We find that's easier for everyone.
Property has enough complexity already. We cut the jargon and make the process clear. If you don't understand something, that's on us to explain better.
We work with local photographers, inspectors, and trades. We're based in Perth and focused on WA. This is our community too.
