Mission
Deliver professional real estate service at a fair, transparent price. We combine licensed expertise with modern technology so every property owner across WA gets the representation they deserve, without paying percentage commissions.
The Founders
We're Aaron and Lauren Mijatovic. Aaron leads infrastructure teams across WA and is completing his MBA. Lauren is a chemical engineer who went and got her WA Real Estate Licence.
When we bought our first home, we had no idea what was going on. The agent would tell us to add $10K one day, then $5K the next. When we sold years later, we realised people deserve better. Professional representation with modern tools and transparent pricing, not percentage commissions that cost tens of thousands.
So we built KeyHive. Licensed professionals with a flat fee. Self-funded, based in Perth, serving all of WA.

All fees are listed upfront. The pricing page shows exactly what you pay. If something goes wrong, we tell you straight away. We find that's easier for everyone.

Property has enough complexity already. We cut the jargon and make the process clear. If you don't understand something, that's on us to explain better.

We work with local photographers, inspectors, and trades. We're based in Perth and focused on WA. This is our community too.
